Greetings!
I am Kelley! Yes, that's me!

Guided by my passion for art, philosophy, and psychology, I have found much joy in graphic and UI/UX design– I love all the creativity, I love all the precision, and I love all the humanity!

In December 2022, I graduated from the University of Rochester with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science focused in Human-Computer Interaction. While at UR, I worked at the Susan B. Anthony Center where I spoke directly with and interpreted the visions of various social workers to create effective designs to support social justice causes. This often included event flyers, social media posts, and informational diagrams. I worked on materials for the Center's annual tabling event regarding the gender wage gap, conferences about how to diminish gun violence, research on the mistreatment of women in Southeast Asia, and the TRANSFORM Research Project to end child abuse. I felt incredibly fortunate to be in a role that prioritized helping people!

I also have a lot of professional experience working directly with people in the community. For 6 years, I have been a summer camp counselor, including 2 summers of teaching kids coding and STEM. This past spring 2024, I coached high schoolers in Track & Field, specifically working with the distance kids and crafting training plans for them. Moreover, while her primary day care provider was recovering from surgery in fall 2023, I took over as day care provider for my cousin Sara who has severe cerebral palsy where we went to many fun weekly programs for adults with physical and mental disabilities. I love Sara and I still see her everyday!

My free time, you ask? I love to run A LOT (5:18 mile PR, 18:44 5k PR 😎), listen to music (mostly prog rock & dream pop ✨, but I'll explore anything), and watch movies (horror is my go-to 🆒).
